By working with CyberLiver the Dry January digital app has been re-built to include a number of interactive tools enabling users to maximise the benefits and enjoyment of staying dry in January.

Users can record and review their daily activity using the progress calendar, receive personalised motivational messages, keep track of money and calories saved, and choose to receive articles, news, advice and event updates all in one slick app.
