The All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Alcohol Harm is made up of cross-party MPs and peers who have an interest in reducing alcohol related harm in the UK.

The group exists to promote the discussion of alcohol-related issues, raise matters of concern and to make recommendations to government and other policy makers.

Recent meetings have focused on advertising and young people, behaviour change, licensing and treatment services. The group also recently launched their 2015 manifesto, calling on all political parties to commit to a range of pledges designed to tackle alcohol related harm in the lead up to the general election.

The APPG is currently chaired by The Lord Brooke of Alverthorpe. Click here to view a full list of members. Alcohol Concern provides secretariat support to the All Party Parliamentary Group on alcohol misuse, assisted by a grant from Lundbeck Ltd.
