Alcohol Concern: the national agency on alcohol misuse

Services Directory

We will shortly be launching a new online directory of services. Please re-visit this page in a few weeks.

The Alcohol Services Directory is a key resource on alcohol treatment and provides a comprehensive listing of alcohol services and types of treatment in England and Wales. It includes an overview of the alcohol field and an explanation of the wide range of treatment options available. The directory includes information on types of treatment including specialist listings on: residential services; young people's services; and women's services. The Alcohol Services Directory 2007 was published by Alcohol Concern; and researched, written and edited by Resource Information Service (RIS).

The Alcohol Services Directory 2007 can be ordered from Resource Information Service.

The NHS Choices website has an online version of the Alcohol Services Directory which can be used to find local services. Use the 'services near you' link on the NHS Choices - Alcohol page.
