‘Calling Time’: The Alcohol Concern Manifesto for Reducing Alcohol Related Harm, 2006

Alcohol Concern has produced ?Calling Time?, a manifesto setting out actions that local authorities can take in order to reduce the damage that alcohol misuse can do. ?Calling Time? has been specifically designed to be sent to local political parties in the run-up to this May?s local elections, and asks them to commit to supporting our manifesto.
