Reducing the impact of alcohol-related harm to Londoners - how well are we doing?

This audit, which focuses on progress on delivering to the alcohol harm reduction agenda in London since 2004, suggests a variable picture in terms of progress and its sustainability.

People walking and a red bus passing bySeven years on from the publication of the Alcohol Harm Reduction Strategy for England, this report reviews progress against the delivery of local frameworks in response to the national strategy.  The intention is to provide both a measure of progress to date and to assess what further work is required to develop a comprehensive, sustainable and effective response to alcohol-related harm.
