Consultation seminars
Generation alcohol? Have your say.
Throughout March, April and May 2010 professionals in England and Wales were invited to attend regional consultation seminars. These seminars allowed attendees the opportunity to make a contribution to the development of youth specific resources, share innovative “local” practice, contribute to national policy recommendations and take the opportunity to network with other professionals.
Each seminar consisted of a presentation and workshops addressing:
• Alcohol specific resources and tools for young people
• Local approaches: what works “locally” and why
These events were aimed at alcohol and substance misuse practitioners, youth service workers, youth justice workers and any professional supporting young people up to 18 years-old in their relationship with alcohol.
